My Great Great Grandfather named Michael Breen born in 1810 in Tipperary. His wife was Catherine Farrell born in 1810.
Their children were Margaret, Honora, Thomas, John and Michael. They left Ireland around 1854 and settled in Halton Ontario Canada.

My father was born 24.04.1919, an only child. in Mullyash Co. Monaghan. His name Vincent Paul, lived with Mother Alice on a farm. Names like Dinny, cousin Brigid ,Fr Ollie(then, not now) surnames Milligan and Gogigly in family. Spelling might be wrong. Alice in Oram graveyard. Any cousins ?? Thanks

Researching the Family of my GGGGrandfather, Henry Breen 1804-1884 of Country Armagh, Northern Ireland. M. Isabella Riddell 1835. Kilmore Parish, Townlands Clonroot and Drumard Jones. Also associated with BattleHill and Church of Ireland. Several children went to Canada and settled in SW Ontario, in and around Comber. William, Mary and Isabelle I have traced through Ontario. Interesting that the Breen DNA is pegged as R1b-L513. FTDNA has Thomas Breen born c1770 of "Kerry Breens" as R1b-L513 - The MRCA (most recent common ancestor) with Patrick Breen (1809-1884) DNA R1b-BY9000 and also from Kerry is 3939ybp (years before present) So much for tribalism.

My father was Michael Joseph Breen, born in Dublin in 1923 to parents Daniel and Sarah Breen nee Snow who married in 1918. Their addresses on the marriage certificate was 8 Whitworth Row, L Oriel St for him and 29 Richmond Cottages, Dublin for her. I dont know much at all about his family as my father came over to England during WW2 and never went back to Ireland. My father had a brother Joseph and sister Patricia and apparently a sibling who died during childhood. I would like to know if anyone is related and could throw light on the family. Thank you
